Registration Process
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our program, please give us a call at 205.665.4039. We will set up a time for you to meet the teacher, pay the registration fee, tour the center, and complete required paperwork. If we determine that we do not have space available at that time, we will happily put you on our wait list and notify you upon an availability.

Registration Fees: $60 for one child, $75 for family (due annually)

You will need to request a current immunization record (blue card) from your child's physician prior to enrollment. This record must be updated each time that it expires.

Each child enrolled in our center must have the following forms:
  • Child's Pre-Admission Record
  • Transportation Plan
  • Parental Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment
  • Parent's Permission to Photograph Child
  • CNP Income Eligibility Form

Upon enrollment, you will be given the following forms:
  • Classroom Supply List
  • Parent Handbook

Tuition Assistance Programs
University Baptist CDC accepts child care tuition subsidies from ChildCare Resources, Child Care Central, and DHR JOBS program. You will need to provide the paperwork from your case worker prior to enrollment. Families receiving tuition assistance are responsible for paying the difference between UBCDC tuition rates and what the subsidy pays UBCDC.
